At The Mango Estate, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, premium-quality Pakistani mangoes to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we understand that issues may arise during transit.

Damaged or Spoiled Mangoes

If you receive mangoes that are damaged, spoiled, or not up to standard, we’re here to help.

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Clear Evidence:

    • Send photos and a short video showing the damaged mangoes.

  2. Provide Order Details:

    • Include your order confirmation email or WhatsApp order number.

    • Share the payment proof/screenshot.

  3. Send to Our Official WhatsApp:

Once we verify your claim, we will:

  • Refund your payment for the damaged items OR

  • Resend the same mango variety free of charge (based on your preference and product availability).

Important Notes:

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Refunds/replacements are only processed with valid proof (photos, videos, and order/payment details).

  • Replacement delivery is subject to mango variety availability at the time of the claim.
